The Centre for Transport Safety Asia Pacific (CTSAP) has been developed to drive significant and lasting improvements in transport safety across the Asia Pacific for all transport domains.
The Centre is a wholly owned initiative of the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO) under the governance provisions of the NTRO Board, and will be supported by a high-level industry advisory board and a series of domain specific safety leader groups.

The Centre for Transport Safety Asia Pacific has been established by NTRO, a global leader in transport research, innovation and implementation.
As an independent, government-owned organisation, NTRO brings more than 60 years of experience helping industry and governments solve complex transport challenges through practical, evidence-based solutions.
CTSAP is supported through a strategic partnership with Cranfield University in the United Kingdom, internationally recognised for its expertise in transport safety, accident investigation and professional education.
The partnership provides access to globally recognised expertise across aviation, rail, maritime and road transport, helping connect the Asia Pacific region with international best practice and leading-edge safety knowledge.
The Centre is actively building a network of industry, government and academic partners across the Asia Pacific region.
