Our Purpose

The Centre for Transport Safety Asia Pacific (CTSAP) has been developed to drive significant and lasting improvements in transport safety across the Asia Pacific for all transport domains.

The Centre is a wholly owned initiative of the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO) under the governance provisions of the NTRO Board, and will be supported by a high-level industry advisory board and a series of domain specific safety leader groups.

Our purpose is to drive significant and lasting improvements in transport safety for all transport domains across the Asia Pacific region. Enabling real change through:

As an independent, government-owned organisation, NTRO brings more than 60 years of experience helping industry and governments solve complex transport challenges through practical, evidence-based solutions.
